About the Event...

People with disabilities around the world, especially in developing countries, are among the poorest of the poor and social discrimination is a major issue.

In India, people with disabilities are amongst the most excluded in society and although there is support available, it is still underserved in rural areas.

In this discussion, Action Village India’s partners will explore the challenges related to the enhancement of social inclusion for people with disabilities, drawing on their own experiences working on the ground in rural India.
